MCS is looking for a Key Account Executive to join its Peterborough offices, based in Glinton, to provide efficient support and administration for the businesses Key Account clients. Ensuring the commitments made by the business to the key accounts are being adhered to. To provide client MI to the Key Account Manager which demonstrations MCS’ performance to our clients and dealing with all day to day administration needs of the Key Account clients.
This role is for someone who has a high-level attention to detail, is process-driven and proactively looks to effectively communicate with both internal and external contacts to achieve its goal of delivering to the customer through team working.

McIntyre Compliance Services is a trusted compliance safety company carrying out tests / services to make sure customers properties are safe and meet current legislations. We currently maintain, service and repair over 70000 housing association and local authority properties across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- To support the Account Management team with exceptional organizational and task management skills
- Administrative support for the Account Management team
- Sales order processing
- Production of client progress reports and submission to clients
- Maintaining and updating of the business CRM and CAFM
- Identify and escalate potential issues to the Account Management team for resolution
- Triage customer queries and complaints through the CRM driving to a quick resolution for the client
- Having a Health and Safety mindset, looking at possible risks associated with the role and reporting any issues promptly to support the ongoing safety of self and others.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong Microsoft Office application experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams)
- Approachable and flexible
- Must have the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Excellent data organization and analysis skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercial awareness of Markups and Margins
